Oblong Music
Chris Conway has been selling albums by catalogue and by post since 1989, with the release of the 1st (then cassette) album by The Rain Garden band. Since then he has released a huge catalogue of music.

Chris started Oblong Music to be his home record label in 1993 which then moved in to handle direct sales of his albums. In 1996 we expanded to to selling CDs by other artists on the Oblong label.

Oblong Music began selling CDs online in November 2000. From the start we have been using Paypal to handle credit card payments The catalogue expaded to handle all Chris Conways groups albums as well as his albums on other labels.

Anyone releasing 35+ albums obviously has a huge passion for music and albums as an artform. Oblong Music exists to get this music and the other acts on the label "out there". The remit stylewise is limitless, but there has been a leaning towards quality singer-songwriting, though there has been jazz, spoken word and improvised music on Oblong Music.

Over the years we have grown as a company just as the music has grown and have happy customers all over the world.
